  I will skip the broke down story but i can tell THEY ARE SUPER NICE PEOPLE. My trailer thermoking cooling cycle down, many error codes shop up on screen. I was knowing it is big issue need help and i got terrible time with fully frozen loaded truck. Then i was in cleveland area. I google this store and i called them.First i talk with Hanry he was super nice and he told me they will help me. I ask i will be late because time was 4.45pm they were closing 5.00 pm until monday. But he said AFTER HOURS eighter on FRIDAY. They changed a nightmare to calm day. When i arrived the shop they took me in after filling up to form it was fastest service i got ever in thermoking services less then 5 minutes. (I am 10 years refer driver) The tecnicians are good. Desk service great also the price really affordable. Building clean and nice. Parking lot designed for hooked trailer all size with truck. They have diciplined and serious work here doing job really honest. Finally i can tell a real American Repair Shop working with real american soul. Strongly reccomended feel safe and free stopping here. Thanks all staff help to me.

  3,4 mechanics do nothing waiting for closing 5pm . Just bank heater service .Little things. Very lazy people.Saw reviews headquarters Thermo King ?
