- JJJace JordanFeb 24, 20263.0its been almost 8 months since our new ruud system was installed, i have to say it does its job heating/cooling the house, the only issue it is a very loud operating system, unit inside the house makes all kinds of noises and the outside unit is super noisy making all kinds of weird noises. every time the outside unit kicks on our lights dim, our old unit never did that even when it was working poorly. so if you dont mind the noises then it will be ok for you.

If my husband hadn’t stepped in and fixed the issue himself, we would have been stuck in a very serious situation. To make matters worse, they returned two weeks later and charged an additional $233. Overall, the service was unreliable and overpriced. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or dependable service.
