  This company repaved the entire parking lot for our church, and then seal coated the following year. I am very happy with both the work they did, the follow up to repair anything not done correctly, And that they did a great job on the seal coat, and when a car drove to early on our lot before it had dried, they were willing to come back and put Another coat of seal coat on at no cost. They are a pretty busy company and are hard to schedule with sometimes, but they do good work.

  We had an estimate with Roy Milligan 03/24/25 for driveway paving. Agreed to the estimate, set a potential date for the work. I followed up via phone call and email on the work date. Took them a week to respond. Stating " Roy was very busy but, he should be able to complete our driveway by end of May" After that we were ghosted. No more communication and no work on our driveway. This a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

  We scheduled an asphalt overlay of our driveway at the very beginning of April. We were told we would get it at the end of May. In June I reached out after not hearing anything since the original correspondence in April and was told it would now be the end of June. In July, I called back and was told it would now be 2-3 more weeks. They prioritize commercial jobs. I called again and they told us it would be August before they could get to us. Their lowest quote meant nothing if we wouldn’t actually get the job done. They never once called to communicate any of this. I called the next company we quoted, and they laid our new driveway within 10 days of initial contact. If you want the cheapest quote, call this company. If you want the job done, find someone else.

  Absolutely the best paving company around. Dealing with Roy was such a pleasure. Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable to what hes doing. Been in business along time and very well referred. Completed my business lot in 2 days of over an acre and the quality of work was 2nd to none. Will use again and highly recommend
