- ARA RDec 5, 20251.0The guy replaced the furnace and then couldn't figure out what was still wrong. He spent another hour and half trying to figure out what was wrong. (charged me extra for that) He finally left saying he thought there wasn't enough return (wrong). He left the furnace panels off and left. Said the owner would be calling me to resolve. Still haven't heard from them.
