  We recently had Flooring n Beyond install Audacity Laminate flooring in Light Maple through out the house except for the bedrooms. We also had Armstrong Alterna installed in the bathroom. From sales to install we could not be more pleased. Jerry was very helpful in our selection of floors and was always available to for questions. There was a slight delay from the manufacturer and Jerry kept us informed and made sure that the install date would work for us. He is very respectful and professional and has a great eye for style and design. Mike and Mike did the install. They are very meticulous, professional and they did a beautiful job of laying the floors. Mike and Mike went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with the results. On the day of install we decided to update the baseboards and Jerry made sure that happened. Jeremy got a sample of the wood, took a sample of the old baseboard and matched it. He did a fantastic job on staining the baseboards., very smooth job. This is a very professional and customer oriented company and when we replace the carpet in the bedrooms we plan on going back to Flooring n Beyond.

  Highly recommend, they did a great job on my flooring and so professionally done. I am so happy with everything ,Jerry, Mike and Mike were great to work with.

  Flooring n Beyond exceeded our expectations and offered good communication, speedy service, and expert installation. Jerry came out to our house to measure, bringing the carpet options to us without ever having to come into the store. They are great communicators and very transparent. There were no hidden fees or unexpected issues at any time. They were able to schedule us much faster than other quotes and the expert installer was not only fast, clean, and tactful, but also had great customer service. We appreciate the new carpet and will be doing business with them in the future! I highly recommend Flooring n Beyond for any carpet or flooring needs.

  I would highly recommend Flooring n Beyond!!! Was very pleased from beginning after meeting with Jerry, such a great person to work with. His knowledge helped us beyond words to choose the best floor for our home. Helped in keeping it budget friendly also. I can’t say enough good things about the installation crew they were timely, friendly guys. Worked efficiently and cleaned up when done. I think they went above and beyond!! We are very pleased and grateful how it all turned out. This is a great company and happy to support local family owned businesses!! Will definitely get our business in future.

  Jerry Williams & the Flooring and Beyond team know their stuff! I have dealt with multiple flooring companies recently, and none compare to the service I received with Flooring and Beyond. I was able to schedule a quick initial meeting at my office space with flooring samples they brought along, they provided great recommendations as far as colors & schemes that would compliment the rest of my plans, and then the shipping and installation process was done much quicker than I expected. The job site was always clean as well. I will certainly be a repeat customer for many projects to come!
