Clean out fitting installation in main sewer line and waterjet clog/root removal with pipe video checking quality of sewer line to the city sewer. Company did not have anyone available the day of the call (day 1 no shower or toilets). Next morning came with a big quote 650 for mainline cleanout (should be only 400-500) and 350 to install a fitting on an easy accessible pipe ( should have been 150-250) so $1020.00. Never did offer a veteran discount or senior discount. It’s techs had to come back the next day, not able to give same day service and it was only 1:00 pm and with all that mess on the cellar floor and basement shower. So not able to take a shower or flush toilets a second day. When they did get here next day they were 1 1/2 hours late. Said they had to get parts (which they should have got the day before or at last before the appointment time) Then had to leave TWICE (an hour each time) for proper tooling and a different part for a total of 5 hours after the 1 1/2 delay… oh ya, 2 days of vacation used for missed work. The finished job was quality work, but the process/planning/coordination bad.
