  Ryan D., a technician at Anderson, worked diligently on a Saturday night to clear a stubborn blockage deep within our kitchen wall and succeeded thanks to his persistence. He was knowledgeable, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. He’s truly an asset to Anderson, and I’m really glad I called them.

  First - The quality of the work by the various technicians is top-notch. I have worked with their plumbing and electrical teams so far and their workers are wonderful, including really easy to talk to. I only have positive things to say about how great they are. Next - The only issue I have is with the Anderson Scheduling Group. I had ordered much work to be performed which would need multiple days to complete. Unfortunately the technician was pulled away from my home in the middle of the day for standard non-emergency work elsewhere ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS even though my project work was not yet complete. As a paying customer this is ABSOLUTELY NOT how you treat your customers and not how you get our repeat business. As a project manager myself I found this honestly very infuriating & insulting as this is not how you do business. This also caused my project work to take additional days, and Anderson did not credit me for the trip charges for those additional days. None of this, FYI, is the technician's fault - not at all. He was just doing his job and stuck in the middle of what Anderson's Schedulers were telling him to do. This, folks, is bad business. This really needs to be worked on.

  I just want to give this company a compliment they deserve. I had an issue with my furnace after getting a tune up. I understand things happen so I didn’t blame anyone. I spoke with Mike Cody about the situation and he made things right. I can not thank him enough for his kindness and generosity. A lot of companies do not accept responsibility for their mistakes but this company did. I thank God for Mike in listening to my situation and making things right. I definitely and highly recommend this company to any and everyone I know. Definitely will use this company in the future.

  Cody was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I originally requested a 97%‑efficiency furnace, but before removing my old unit, he took precise measurements and showed me that a 97% model wouldn’t fit because the ceiling height was too low. I really appreciated his attention to detail! He installed a different furnace that was the right fit for my home, along with an air purifier (no filter‑changing hassle!) and a power surge protector. Later, I received an email from the furnace manufacturer asking me to register the unit—and it mentioned that the support is valid until 2065. That’s 40 years of coverage! I highly recommend Anderson HVAC, and definitely ask for Cody. He’s the best.

  Dustin was exceptional very very nice knowlegeable explaining every thing they were doing and makeing suggestions on how to keep the lint out of the furnance we have been a loyal customer of Anderson for many many years and unfortunately we have a,on going problem with are flame sensor that every winter it goes all the time and when I called on monday at 7am because I did not have heat they told me they were booked up that day but they called dispatch and were able to get some one to come out that day exceptional service Dustin and Brian and Make And Billy are wonderful professional techs who are great with customers these guys deserve Bonus and Raises because I would have any of the 4 guys out all the time Anderson really cares about there customers .
