  So at the worst possible time, our furnace decided to just give up, like it was done, it was not trying to give us any kind of heat, because hey its only 5° outside, do we really need it, right? Thank God for Anderson, they sent our tech Billy right out, and within a matter of 30 minutes he had us diagnosed and up and running. He was very fast and efficient and did not even complain when I asked him to park on the other side of the frozen tundra, also known as our driveway. Anderson HVAC and Billy are fast, efficient and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

  I had a great experience with Anderson Heating and Cooling. The techs were professional, personable, and very easy to work with. There was about a week-long wait for the furnace pressure sensor that needed to be replaced, but that delay was due to parts availability, not the company. As soon as the part arrived, Anderson came out the same day to install it and got my heat back on. As a retired Marine, I really appreciate reliability and follow-through — these folks are good to go. 👍 I definitely recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling.

  Ben, the Service Tech from Anderson Heating was awesome. He diagnosed my problem with my furnace in minutes and drove back to the shop to get the required part. He had it fixed and running again within 45 minutes! He went the extra mile to try to solve a problem with the humidifier on my other furnace and then, after attempting some simple wiring changes, determined that I need a more sophisticated control to achieve what I needed. Within an hour I had a proposal for the solution to my requirements. All of this was done by 10AM after placing my original call for service to Anderson Heating the afternoon of the previous day. Service just doesn’t get much better than that. I’ll definitely continue to call on Anderson Heating for my HVAC needs.

  Ben S. (Mentor HQ)was an absolute pleasure of a person, first off! What a great demeanor! His knowledge with the furnace and his ability to navigate the trouble shooting immediately showed he knew what he was doing and showed pride in his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue with in very short time from opening the furnace and from my explanation of issue. Ben quickly found the culprit but unfortunately the item was not on his truck. He thought the shop may have the component but to our dismay, that was no luck as well. Ben returned to my home and offered to order the part for us and gave us an approximate timeframe for complete repair. We were not in total desperation do too our home having two units! I hope not to have another issue anytime soon .. but if it's possible I will be requesting this guy any day of the week! Bens a good tech and an even better guy! Couldn't be happier with Ben S. And Anderson Heating!!!

  Anderson HVAC wanted to charge $99 to give a quote while the same technician was already going to be at the house to unclog a drain. They did offer to drop the charge since I was a new customer, fair enough but also , don't charge people for a quote to begin with. They can't even give a 4 hour window like the terrible standard there is today for trades people but I said here is a one hour window that will not work. When do they show up...you guessed it! The tech. was supposed to call when they were on the way, no call just an automated text, that they also arrived outside of the timeframe of. There was supposed to be a picture of the tech., no picture. The tech. unscrewed the drain stop and ran water and said that's as good as it will get. I had been there the whole time and asked if they removed anything, knowing they did not, but they lied and said they did. I asked to have it snaked anyways. Surprise, it was mechanically clogged. And, to top it off, the quote we were having done was extremely over priced, $440/hour for labor alone. Thats just robbery. $600 would be reduced if I moved a utility sink and washer out of the way. That to me just says how much you are being charged for miniscule work. I would recommend looking else where, you deserve better.
