  Anderson HVAC wanted to charge $99 to give a quote while the same technician was already going to be at the house to unclog a drain. They did offer to drop the charge since I was a new customer, fair enough but also , don't charge people for a quote to begin with. They can't even give a 4 hour window like the terrible standard there is today for trades people but I said here is a one hour window that will not work. When do they show up...you guessed it! The tech. was supposed to call when they were on the way, no call just an automated text, that they also arrived outside of the timeframe of. There was supposed to be a picture of the tech., no picture. The tech. unscrewed the drain stop and ran water and said that's as good as it will get. I had been there the whole time and asked if they removed anything, knowing they did not, but they lied and said they did. I asked to have it snaked anyways. Surprise, it was mechanically clogged. And, to top it off, the quote we were having done was extremely over priced, $440/hour for labor alone. Thats just robbery. $600 would be reduced if I moved a utility sink and washer out of the way. That to me just says how much you are being charged for miniscule work. I would recommend looking else where, you deserve better.

  Called for my annual furnace tune up and inspection, something that I have done since Anderson installed the boiler about twenty years ago. It was the most superficial inspection that I have ever encountered. Had to ask if they were going to vacuum out the burner tubes. No thermocouple removal or inspection. No receipt describing work and no sign off on work request. Brought all of this up to the tech before he left, no real answer. Called Anderson Customer service and I'm still waiting on a call back.

  Cody, Russell and his team. The whole company. We're kind and patient with my questions about removing my gas heater that was broken. To my options, and thier honest opinion which i had already done some research and they were even better than my research. To help me decide on the mini split WHICH I LOVE!! Cody and Russell explained so much to me. And they have really fair prices. Felt comfortable with them in my home and Would def recommend for heating or cooling issues. Thank you guys so much!!

  I had a new furnace installed today by Oscar and Carl. They were absolutely amazing! The were here on time and took exactly as long as they estimated the job would take. They were both friendly, gave all the information I needed, and made sure to answer my questions. When the job was finished they gave me a run through on the new thermostat and also walked me around the new furnace to show me the work they'd done. They left the work area just as clean as it was before they started. I highly recommend not only anderson for the affordability of the new furnace but also the two man crew that did the work for me today

  I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received from Mike and his company. When our heat went out, I called and they truly understood the urgency of the situation - my family had no heat!! They came out the same day and after hours and on a friday! Mike was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. It's clear he really knows his trade. The entire company deserves praise for their responsiveness and understanding during what was an emergency situation for us. They made a stressful day so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Mike and this company to anyone needing heating service, whether it's routine maintenance or an emergency situation. They proved they truly care about their customers when it matters most. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
