There was structural water damage revealed during a minor remodel on an exterior load bearing wall, and it had to be handled properly. Gridiron Guys, under the direction of project manager Summer Constable, came through in a big way. First, Summer connected us with a qualified architect who came out on a days notice and had lots of experience with older buildings. He got us stamped repair drawings in 3 days at a reasonable price. Next, Summer submitted a detailed estimate that we accepted, and scheduled the work to commence on a fast tracked schedule, within a week. The crew showed up on time and the work was completed by a great 5 man crew who even took on a few tasks not detailed in the quote, and the entire project came in on time and at budget. The work was professional and well done, and Summer was either on site or immediately available every step of the way. We could not be happier with the results, with Summer Constable, and with Gridiron Guys.
