The first was for a broken stack found during our kitchen remodel; while he was there for the stack repair he told us the piping to the toilet was gas pipe and changed that out as well. The second time was to snake the basement drain that was backed up. The third time was today; my shower head was leaking. Joe was the only plumber who I called that was willing to make the repair. He did not urge me to convert the fixture or tell me it was too old to repair like other plumbers had. Joe is very kind and informative and he let me sit with him while he was making the repair. Joe makes sure to warn you about worst-case scenarios before he does something so that you're not caught off guard. The part he replaced was probably 80-90 years old. When I called him he knew right off the bat that the part was still being made and wasn't hesitant to come and assist. I've had three great experiences with Joe, have not had any issues with the repairs or services he's rendered and will definitely have him back in the future.
