It all started with Arlie, who worked with us at the showroom and made excellent suggestions on flooring options based on our criteria. He actually led us right to the flooring we ultimately choose. He then pulled out the perfect carpet to be made into an area rug for our flooring based on what we were looking for. He definitely narrowed down choices for us. We are very pleased with the entire experience
