  Great service and quality installation. However the cleanup of the crew after doing the work is less to be desired. 2 occasions, drilling holes thru wall for vent/exhaust, wood splinters in a pile on floor. And installation of chimney liner, had to clean up a black soot mess after tech left.

  Did an excellent job installing our new furnace and a/c. Very professional and follow up to make sure all was working was great. However, about a year later my furnace wouldn’t come on. Called service and gave them the error code on my thermostat, said they had to come out. They came out, checked a bunch of stuff and said the furnace was not communicating with the thermostat. It just happens sometimes. Turned off my breaker to the furnace for about a minute, fixed issue, charged me $200. About 8 months later, same thing happened but I didn’t remember the “fix”. My 93 yr old father in law staying with us, one of those really bitter cold days, called service gave them the error code, said they would put us on the schedule but no one could help me over the phone. Got updates all day that we were still on the schedule. It was getting colder and colder, I called again and asked it someone could help me over the phone. Nope, I had to wait for service. At 5:00 my son who is NOT a hvac repairman came home and remembered how to fix. I called to cancel and got AI who offered a complimentary second option which I accepted. Then, 10 minutes later, I got a call from a human who said they don’t do that but would be happy to quote a new furnace. If you had looked up my account, you would know my furnace was barely 2 years old and in light of the bitter cold temperatures, I was disappointed that no one could tell me to flip my breaker when I gave them the error code but if I have to pay for my complementary second opinion, please cancel. I wrote a note and stuck it on my furnace to remind me to flip the breaker. I get a do nothing “repair” is a money maker and you have to make money to stay in business but seriously, it was below 0 weather.

  Today December 22, Fred from Quality Heating and Cooling did a Quality Control inspection on my new system!! Once again I am very pleased with the quality of technicians who are on staff and the care taken to do their tasks. I’m so pleased with everything I’ve experienced. I’m so happy I have this company taking care of my system.
