My mother has a furnace they put in o ly three yrs ago and since she didn't get the maintenance pack because of her limited budget and her furnace stopped working they told her she wasn't a priority. So my 66 yr old mother has to freeze because she can't afford the maintenance package?? Explain to me.how this is caring for you community??
