My new furnace works amazing and I got a more efficient one than I paid for. Overall I can’t complain and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their hvac system.
- CBCraig BurdetteNov 4, 20251.0Called on Monday October 27th set a service appointment up for that following Monday November 3rd. Was charged for the service on October the 27th. On Monday the 3rd i was contacted 1 hour before my service and left a message that they needed to reschedule my appointment. I called in and my information was taken and I was promised a call back. No call back for over 24 hours and which time I called in again and told them what was going on. They promised a call back to get my money refund. No call back after 4 hours. I called in again to find out what was going on at which time they finally told me that I would receive a refund. Very unprofessional and very rude some of the people I spoke with. I didn't cancel my appointment they did. I just wanted to get my hvac checked out. I'm not sure how a company can take your money and then not show up to do the job. No real apology for not calling back either. No offer to make it right but at least I did get my money back. I guess think about these things when you decide who you pay your hard earned money to.

The coils were very dirty and he flushed them and said that our unit should perform much better . He spent over 2 hours checking all the parts to our unit . Thank you for a very thorough inspection
