    Called on Monday October 27th set a service appointment up for that following Monday November 3rd. Was charged for the service on October the 27th. On Monday the 3rd i was contacted 1 hour before my service and left a message that they needed to reschedule my appointment. I called in and my information was taken and I was promised a call back. No call back for over 24 hours and which time I called in again and told them what was going on. They promised a call back to get my money refund. No call back after 4 hours. I called in again to find out what was going on at which time they finally told me that I would receive a refund. Very unprofessional and very rude some of the people I spoke with. I didn't cancel my appointment they did. I just wanted to get my hvac checked out. I'm not sure how a company can take your money and then not show up to do the job. No real apology for not calling back either. No offer to make it right but at least I did get my money back. I guess think about these things when you decide who you pay your hard earned money to.

    Technician Steve W performed a very thorough inspection of our A/C unit. The coils were very dirty and he flushed them and said that our unit should perform much better . He spent over 2 hours checking all the parts to our unit . Thank you for a very thorough inspection

    Waste of time and money. I had them come out to do a diagnosis because they were "cheaper" than the competitor. Tech came out and pointed out other items that did not pertain to the issue. I wouldn't have minded this except after over 3 hours he did not give me a solution nor an estimate yet I still had to pay. He stated he would have to schedule project managers to come out to give me any info. The next company I used found an issue within 20 min and had a resolution for me with an accurate estimate. Pay a little more initially so you don't get scammed by this company. Note regarding the response from owner: Notice the notes are only observations without any definite solution. I asked the tech for a solution to what he saw and a price and he said he cannot provide either of those things. An estimate, especially one that is paid for, should include at least a game plan of how to fix the problems. I paid money for the tech to point out issues that I could have told him about without him looking at anything.

    After another company's employee declared my aging A/C unit unrepairable, Cody from Quality spotted its bad capacitor immediately and replaced it with with an American made one. Problem solved. However, after my asking him to have a look at my furnace, Cody spotted a failing blower motor (oil) and photographed the cracked heat exchanger on my 27-year-old unit. I'll have my new Trane furnace installed very soon. By Quality, of course.
