When Joel Primack Sr. founded Carpetime in 1980, his mission was to help his customers achieve the look they wanted in their homes and business, while providing excellent pricing and service. That philosophy is still the driving force today for Joel Jr., who works alongside his father in managing the two Carpetime store locations.
