  My experience with Gridiron wasn't just good, it was great. They constructed a large detached garage in a pretty difficult space, including substantial excavation and concrete work, then managed the remainder of the entire project. They paid attention to the details I said I wanted and took it seriously, so I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. At every phase of the project they had plenty of people to get each job done right and on time. Communication was always easy and quick, and best of all there were no questionable cost increases and they never once came back with additions to the cost that I thought should have been included in the original estimate. With contractors it's always difficult to know if you're signing up with someone reputable at the beginning, but I couldn't be happier that I decided to go with Gridiron.

  Gridiron Company representatives Dan and Scott removed our old ceramic tiled walls down to the studs and installed a new solid surface 3-piece walls in our master bath shower from Agean. During the demolition process they kept the dust and dirt to a minimum in the house. They installed the new walls with professionalism, respecting our homes interior taking out the old walls and bringing in the new walls. They both did an outstanding job. My wife, and I are extremely happy with the work these 2 men did.

  We desired a concrete patio that connected our screened in porch with our backyard sidewalk. We ripped off the old deck and called Gridiron to help us out. The guys battled rainy weather and soggy conditions to get the job done on time. We were very pleased with the entire process with Gridiron (estimate through project completion and cleanup) and the stamped patio looks great!

  When we built our home in Landen Ohio in 1989 I assumed the concrete driveway and sidewalk were for life. The Cincinnati winters took a toll on them and we called upon Gridiron Construction Company for a bid. Darren came out to evaluate our project and promptly submitted a competitive bid. Along with a deposit, he set up a date for our project. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and his team arrived on schedule. They were very professional and personable. The guys made sure to avoid damage to our sprinkler system, as well as the landscaping. Even though they brought in heavy equipment they made sure to not block traffic on our cul-de-sac which our neighbors appreciated. Two of our neighbors also ended up contracting with Gridiron Construction to replace their driveways! I was pleased that they hauled away all the debris and left our place looking sharp. Their team is highly skilled and efficient. We are very pleased with the end product and highly recommend Gridiron.
