John was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes. He completed the job in just a few hours when I thought it would’ve taken into the next day. Great experience and will definitely be calling again. Highly recommend John to anyone in need of future repairs.

He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Even though it was late he answered my many questions. I did not feel that he was rushing to finish. He assessed the problem, explained the repair and gave me a price to fix it. He replaced a faulty valve and examined the leak from our dishwasher and made suggestions. I think prices could be lower but I feel confident in the work done. I am pleased with the Nixco service and will use them again.

Nixco scheduled our service quickly, and Audie was thoughtful in finding the problem and the best solution. Audie and Paddy did an excellent job and were great about communicating what needed to be done and were up front about the cost of the work. We are confident that they have solved our problem. We appreciated their professionalism and hard work. We would highly recommend Nixco.

Fixed the shower head (dripping, not hot enough) and added a pressure valve to the water heater and replaced the expansion tank, all in the same day before I had to leave for book club. Excellent!

We were concerned when we noticed water starting to form at the bottom of our water heater that was only about 3 years old. Nathan F. and John B., arrived to trouble shoot what the issue could be...having to replace water heaters in the home in the past, feared that this would be needed , seeing water , is not a good sign. Nathan and John took the time to diagnosis what the possible issue could be, and what might have caused it. Nathan checked our water pressure for the house, as well as checking the hardness of the water. Ended up needing a new water heater, but John was able to determine that the water heater was still under warranty. As a result, they were able to replace with a new water heater , so total cost was for labor and installation, also adding their Nixco Plumbing Value Plan. We were so very pleased with the hard work and dedication of them both.
