Mary was helpful in scheduling appointment and very much customer friendly. Our technician was Chris. One of the best. He explained everything and was super friendly and one of the best at what he does. He made sure that entire replacement and installation is done perfectly. Thank you to Chris and NixCo for super friendly and quick installation.

He replaced several valves and redesigned the water lines, bringing everything up to code. In my 40 years of contracting for property management I have never had more professional communication from a plumbing company. At the same time everyone was friendly, personable and pleasant. With the world in such chaos, I felt the kind of security and care that has been absent for a long time. Kris and Mason, his young apprentice, made Nixco Plumbing my best choice for the future.

The bill was $1252 for less than three hours of work. (And the bill was not itemized to tell us how much the parts were but I believe we paid dearly for labor.) We have used NixCo in the past, and we were willing to pay a "fair" wage for the work done. However, when you feel like you have been overcharged, you probably have been. Therefore we will not be using their services again and we will not be recommending them to others.
