Courteous, explained everything, had all supplies including options on the truck to get us up and running again. This kind of stuff isn’t cheap but man it’s awesome to have expert help show up when you really need it. Guaranteed for seven years, big weight off my shoulders.

I contacted them after our well pump had failed and I had a bad experience with another company beforehand that was going to have us waiting 2 weeks to get our water back on. I had expected to get an appraisal for the job and have to wait on parts after my first go around, but Chuck surprised me and informed me that they carry everything they need for their jobs and I would be in good hands. I learned that our pressure tank had also failed, the bladder inside had ruptured and couldn't hold air pressure, which caused our pump to run itself out. They got both pieces replaced in no time and got our water running again with better and consistent water pressure. Even the cost of the job was way less than what the first company quoted me! I would not call anyone else but Ellsworth for any well or pump work. They really saved the day for my family.
