It was all last min stuff on my end so I went into picking up my equipment half blind. I found the office easy enough and the guy working the desk at the time had to help me out a bit. He fixed some of the details I missed online and he took me to look at the powerwasher I rented, it was quite apparent it wasn't going to fit in my toyota corolla. To make a long story short, they were understanding as I had to call in a favor to someone with a truck. I wasn't able to be there during the initial pick up but my friend said they were able to load and unload the powerwasher for him. 10/10. I'll be back if I need to rent anything again.
