My neighbor kid (small child) turned the gas off and unbeknownst to me a switch in the back. I called on the weekend to make sure I turned the knob the right way and Natalie called me back the same day on the weekend!! She then also called me back Monday morning to make sure everything was ok. However I did have a red light on. She patiently walked me through how to reset my Generac. Top notch install and customer service is what Thomas Electric is all about!! Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
