Victor was the lead for the second crew to come out and did much better than the first crew. I still have some questions about the gap between the band board and sill plate that the salesman Rob is working on. I just want to make sure it’s up to code. Reason being is the gap between the band board and the sill plate and the use of steel shims. I need to know that this will pass a home inspection when selling my home??? Again Victor and his crew were much more professional and didn’t argue in my driveway about using pressure treated wood or not. The contractor stated the use of pressure treated wood. The 4 star review is only because of the salesman and the second crew. The first crew was awful.

They keep your deposit if you want to cancel. Do not provide the contract until after you cancel and they have done no work what so ever. Very shady!!! They charged me for the full amount and did not return calls about it. When the called to set up the appointment that was 3 month out I finally talked to a scheduler who said she couldn’t do anything but would let the person know. I would stay away from this company no mater what the other reviews say. They have a 3 day cancellation even thought the work isn’t scheduled to be completed in the next 3 month. See I they got me for over $2,400! BEWARE of them as they do not cover this when they are talking to you and you dign and then they have you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Acculevel

What are the common signs that I need foundation repair?

Common indicators include cracks in walls or floors, sticking doors or windows, uneven or sloping floors, gaps at trim or cabinets, and leaning chimneys. These issues often stem from foundation settlement or soil problems. If you notice any of these, schedule a free inspection for an honest diagnosis and recommended solution.

How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing?

Look for signs like water intrusion, leaks, dampness, musty odors, efflorescence (white powdery residue on walls), mold/mildew growth, or high humidity. Untreated water issues can weaken your home's structure, cause health concerns, and lead to costly damage. A free inspection can confirm if waterproofing is needed.
