Chris, one of the owners, responded to my inquiry quickly and came out to provide a quote. He was thorough in explaining the process of replacing it and honest in his assessment of both our skylights. We didn’t feel like he was ever trying to upsell us, which is rare with salespeople. When we were ready to replace the skylight, we contacted Chris, and his team was out the next week to complete the job. The installers were efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. After the job, Chris followed up to thank us for the business. While we may have been able to find a less expensive quote, I believe Your Skylight Expert is the best in the business and their knowledge is unmatched. We are confident the skylight was properly installed and we won’t have to worry about issues such as leaking. We will definitely be utilizing them again when the time comes to replace our other skylight.

They took the necessary steps to keep the drywall dust to a minimum and kept the work area clean over the few days they were working. They were safe on the roof using fall arrestors and harnesses to stay secure. Clean, polite, and knowledgeable, would definitely recommend them. The pricing was fair and I have no complaints.
