- JCJim CampbellMay 11, 20231.0Would not let me give them a 0 stars, 1 year after spending $2200.00 for a Head gasket replacement on my Clark lift truck they had the nerve to charge me $992.00 for Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button which common sense would have told you to replace when you do a head job. $30.00 in parts and $900.00 labor for less than 2 hours. Bunch of crooks in my opinion.

- NANorman AlbrechtFeb 4, 20201.0I told them i needed a new starter for my forklift and they insisted on a diagnostic and a credit card up front. The technician came out for about 15 minutes and agreed i needed a starter and charged $200. Then the tech came out to install the starter and didnt have his wrenches and had to do another diagnostic which all together took 5 hours. He had to call another tech to help him because he wasn't qualified enough. They charged me a credit card fee and never told me about that as well. The machine is still not running and my bill was $1138 and they wouldn't change anything and said they were going to sue if I disputed the charges. Absolutely do not use this company! The worst service, very rude, over priced and not qualified enough.
