Both have a complete list of options for us and gave us professional opinions on what we needed. Prices are excellent for the work and services provided. Ulysses, Justin and another Gentleman installed our furnace and new water tank. Both look excellent and we are very happy with the results. With Hearn you know you are getting excellent service!

Monday morning I contacted Hearn Plumbing, Heating & Air as my basement was slowly flooding. Within 2 hours they sent a wonderful young man, Jaxon, out to assess the problem. He was awesome. He checked out the whole system, told us where the problems were, there were many, including electrical, and made his recomendations. I expressed my desire to have a back up system, just not electrical. Water and electricity together make me too darn nervous. Jaxon set us up with a new city water backup system after pumping out the basement for us. Pete, who showed up to help, was just as nice as Jaxon. They were very personable and actually funny. When the job was done they cleaned up my basement so well that you'd never even know anyone had spent the day there except that we now have a new sump system. Thank You Jaxon and Pete!
