- JMJessica MartinJul 31, 20255.0John and his crew were amazing! Very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout our project. The drain line from our sump and downspouts was in serious need of replacement. We were convinced by another company that our entire basement needed waterproofed to fix the water in our basement issue, but we wanted to get another quote before signing away $32k. We also wanted to find a more local small business to support. So we contacted John after finding him on Google with great reviews and he called back the same day. Then John came that same week after we got off work to take a look at our basement issue. He was an honest family man and said if it were his home he’d start with replacing the drain line first before jumping to waterproofing. We retained him the next day. After the job was completed there were some big rain storms a few days after the job and now our sump doesn’t run every 10-20 minutes. There was no flooding of the basement because the sump can now keep up! Some contractors don’t check in after they’re done with the job, but John is no ordinary contractor. He reached out to see how things were going when the rain came. His actions shows he cares about his work and the people he’s doing the work for. John is such a nice person and we highly recommend him! Overall we are extremely satisfied with him, his crew, the work. We are so thankful he squeezed us in between jobs.
