We decided on this one in particular because it's made in the USA, a durable thicker lvp flooring that does well in high traffic areas. It was completed in a timely manner, even when a few challenges with the subfloor were presented to the installers. They handled irregular cuts around our stone fireplace and gave practical solutions for our spiral staircase. The management was professional in communication from start to finish. Years of waiting for the flooring was completely worth it. I can't wait to have more of the house finished! You completed what another local flooring company said couldn't be done! Thank you!
- JAJan AJun 10, 20251.0Order was incorrect at installation and I had to wait a week in a torn up kitchen for the correct flooring to arrive. The owner who made the error refused to speak to me but hid behind text messages and the sales person. Fast-forward four years and the grout has cracks and chunks missing. After 3 additional years even more chunks were missing and I have spent the past 3 weeks repairing it. There is not much traffic on the flooring and in some areas none at all so that isn't the reason for the cracking and breaking. The claim that the manufacturer made the error is simply untrue. Ken admitted in a text that he had ordered the wrong quantities. Given all the hassle before, I have no desire to come back and deal with this establishment again.
