- AAAF AAug 31, 20241.0I went to KSI a few times to scope out several projects. They had horrible attitude towards me as if they were either not interested in doing any projects or they were giving me a favor to talk to me. I asked two individuals if they could come up with a design for my bathroom/kitchen and they consistently said they didn’t do design work because they were a cabinet company. They told me to make a selection and work with a local contractor to install. In this case, why would I even need them? The front desk receptionist contradicted them though. I eventually reached out to their corporate office to determine if they did design work and they indeed confirmed they would do design work. I ended up using a different contractor to do my projects, but I can’t in good faith recommend this company. Poor attitude , and arrogance will continue to cost this company clients as I am aware of others who had similar issues.
