  I cannot say enough good things about Polaris Cabinets. They were referred to us by a friend who has had both her kitchen and bathroom redone by them. Now I want to try to refer them 10x over. We just completed an extensive remodel. All cabinets and countertops tossed, moving the locations of some things-- the works. We met with Jason at our house and pointed out all of the things about our old, dated kitchen that we didn't like and we wish we could change. With a little creativity, a hard-working, professional team, and a price point that you can't beat, they were able to transform our old dated kitchen into our dream kitchen. Jason Kuhn was communicative, and explained to us every step through the process. He gives you a cool 3D design to look at before starting so you can really see how the kitchen is going to look. Then, James and Tony came in and WOW, these guys can do everything. They are fast, super friendly, and-- I cannot stress enough how important this is-- CLEAN! If you're someone who wants to renovate part of your house while you're living in it, a CLEAN contractor makes all the difference in the world! There was even one evening when I came home from work and sat my bag down on the kitchen table and asked my husband, "Did they dust this table off!?" They certainly don't have to pick up trash as they go, wipe off surfaces as they generate dust and debris, and put your furniture back if they had to move it out of the way, but these guys do because you can tell they really care about their craftsmanship and respect your home. I could continue to rave about this team. Our tile backsplash is really beautiful and interesting to look at (the style was Jason's suggestion and it really works), the cabinets are all soft close, and that wasn't something that was an extra charge. We are maximizing the usable space in our kitchen and dining area now so that we can easily entertain guest and enjoy cooking, which is something that we love to do.   I highly recommend Jason and his team at Polaris Cabinets for your kitchen or home remodel. Very dependable, and great product at a fraction of cost from other suppliers. We are in love with our new kitchen!

  Polaris Cabinets just installed a kitchen for me complete with demo in two days! From design to install a super experience. Jason started exactly when promised and kept us well informed every step of the way. Very pleased with the quality of the product - really well constructed with no more slammed doors-all soft close! His installers are amazing - kept everything clean through every step and extremely polite and efficient hard workers. Definitely recommend without reservations of any kind. We never felt pressure or that we were being led in one direction or the other. We met with him several times and he was virtually always available to work with our ideas and then to see our kitchen design visualized on a computer screen as he created it ! His guidance, based on years of experience in the the remodeling business, gave us confidence that we would have a professionally designed and installed kitchen just the way we envisioned it. Jason worked hard not to sell the product but to be sure we ended up with the best kitchen in the unique small area available. Great to be able to see what it would actually look like with the software program they have. This was a great experience beginning to end. They get five stars from me !!!!

  Exceptional! They are new to the kitchen design scene and I nearly overlooked them for lack of reviews. It was amazing as Jason Kuhn took the time to understand our vision and create the kitchen on their visualization software immediately. I experienced a person who was excited about my project as if it were his own. He was not selling me anything, he was helping me create the kitchen I have imagined for 8 years. I am a comparison shopper. It is important to me to find a quality product for a fair price – I want the great finishes and quality without breaking my budget, nor compromising on my vision for the outcome. This is where Polaris Cabinet and Design as a retailer AND service company FAR EXCEEDED any competitors online or local. My kitchen is small and my account was only worth 5000.00 (with install) to Jason’s business. However, he treated me and my project like it was worth 20,000. I have met smarmy contractors and insincere sales people. Jason’s authenticity, genuine passion regarding the design of my kitchen, and the quality of his product finally convinced me to invite him to my home to measure and offer a more accurate quote than the one I had from our conversations and my personal measurements. He remained true to form and arrived on time with his usual patient and helpful temperament. Not only that, but his interest was not limited to the cabinets, he was curious and helpful regarding my overall vision for the kitchen and the rest of the space – I live in an open concept home and changing one thing affects everything else. As a businessman, he earned my respect and admiration. He helped me so much and provided service for so many details – that my cabinets are more custom than ordinary off the shelf cabinets usually are. I have included pictures of how he customized the molding with leftover materials around the refrigerator and dishwasher cabinets, the modified bump out microwave cabinet he designed from a refrigerator cabinet, and how he fit 42” cabinets under my 8’ ceiling without compromising on clean sleek lines where they meet, nor my counter space. These details and creativity with the product during installation created a high end customized look at the cost of mass produced cabinetry. Jason visited my home twice before I even purchased offering flooring and paint suggestions. The first day of installation, I emailed him a question regarding the gray paint he thought would look good, and he went to pick up a paint chip and brought it to the installation. James, his installer (also his personal installer for over 15 years), saw to details that a carpenter would admire. James was equally attentive and patient with my questions and input on what I was hoping to achieve. I have met more than one retailer and installer who became frustrated or irritated with the details that are important to me, but these details and this information was equally important to both of them. They wanted my vision to be perfect too! You cannot fail with Jason, James, and Polaris Cabinet and Designs. The service they offer is not intended to sell, but to help, create, and make people happy! I can only hope I am as fortunate when it is time to choose materials and services for my shower installation.
