The apprentice Walter was able to re-install the flapper, which, while needing eventual replacement, is still functional. They arrived at the time they said they would, and were courteous. Joe corrected the initial fee after a part was unavailable.

It was called a magnetic filter. Timothy P. explained the function of this new part and wasted no time in proceeding with the install. He was quiet efficient and thorough. He had another man named Jim assisting him. It seemed as though Timothy P. was specializing in this particular installation.
