Thank Heavens for Paul Kuchta! My son and I were so glad to begin warming up the house again. Paul checked out our heating system and explained the best ways to keep stable and consistent heat flowing. We really needed his service call. Verne Hann Ellsworth spent time getting an appointment for us and we appreciate them too!

Jeff P. from Verne & Ellesworth Hann, Inc. came by today to look at a plumbing vent pipe in the attic that’s leaking. He was very courteous and professional. This is an ongoing project, but the previous work they did on another section of the pipe (old cast iron) is holding up perfectly. (We’ve been tackling this 115 yr old pipe piecemeal, as the parts corrode)

Our boiler was draining water through the overflow pipe. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient in resolving the issues.

We had a great experience with Tim and Keith during the installation of our new boiler. They explained the system and were great to work with. When we noticed an issue with a radiator heating in out of the at part of the house they returned and diagnosed the issue and addressed it. I would work with the company and these technicians again.

I was very pleased with the work Paul did for me. He fixed my issues & I have heat again. He showed me what will cause future problems with my 21 year old furnace. He is such a nice guy that he even brought my garbage cans back on this cold & rainy day. He’s kind & informed & pleasant to be around. Oh! One more thing, he’s great with dogs. My Rosie adored him!
