It was putting CO into the house so after it was shut down by the gas company I called Lakewood furnace and they came to the house within an hour. This was the day before New Year’s Eve, and we weren’t sure if we could get any help until after the holiday or not. We called at 2:30 PM and Joe gave us an estimate about an hour later. We decided just to have our old furnace replaced. His crew came the next morning and knocked the job out. They did such a professional job and now we don’t have to worry about anything. I would recommend Lakewood Furnace.

- JZJohn ZollerDec 30, 20252.0We are long time customers of Lakewood Furnace. They installed a new high efficiency furnace and central air conditioning many years ago. We have been very pleased with their service and continued to use them whenever there was a problem. We sent our friends to them. They did extensive warranty work and annual maintenance. Our gas had to be turned off briefly while a new hot water tank was installed. When the gas was turned back on, the furnace did not restart and there were error messages on the control panel. I called Lakewood furnace to ask if there was someone who could talk me through restarting the furnace. Not unless I paid $140 for a service call, they told me. Doing so would “expose them to liability”. The furnace was restarted with the help of more generous souls. I won’t be asking Lakewood Furnace for any help in the future.

They got someone out to my house the following day during Christmas week. Micheal came to check my furnace - he arrived promptly at the beginning of the scheduled window and was very efficient and friendly. Their online portal makes it easy to book and keep track of appointments and they keep you updated via text. Great service all around!
