I utilized the new plumbing division and ended up having the toilet floater valve replaced which I thought was entirely too expensive for a small job so I will look for an alternative next time. Steven the tech was great and I will continue to use Bayside for my furnace & AC but not plumbing. I gave 3 stars this time instead of 4 due to high price for the plumb job completed & im a repeated customer.

The technician went over everything step by step as to what he did and why. The attention to detail is a good thing to see.

He was extremely kind and explained the parts of the hot water tank and told us the ignition had blown off. He lit it for us and gave us advice on how we could add some insulation to help protect the tank, and a few other helpful tips. We were very pleased with the service from Bayside Comfort, and will use them again if we need repairs or service.

They stayed on a Friday night to make sure my our system was working properly. What more could you ask for out of those guys. I thought I had a issue the next day and was contacted by Nate the same day which was a Saturday. I would recommend Bayside Comfort to everyone for their heating and cooling needs.
