Took some time and talked with me looked at the outside before going to the basement, gave me some options and a couple days later I had a quote and a time frame. James and his crew did exactly what he said in a timely manner. Excellent job, cleaned up everyday and got done sooner than expected. Our basement looks 100% better and we feel we made a great investment. Would use them again. Hard to find a more honest harder working crew. Great communication, kept me informed and updated. 10 PLUS
