  The technician showed up on time & was very professional. Some minor glitches in the call related to the service that I requested. I have an older ranch house with floor drains in the basement. Their inspection scope can’t handle the bend radius for the small pipes. They did physically inspect & run a “snake “ through the drain to clear them!! Thank you!!

  I’m sure they’re good, but way overpriced. I get it- code, safety, etc.- but for a relatively simple install with easy access and plenty of room to work I’m quoted between 4-5k?!? Oh, they have discounts that’ll bring it down to about $3500, but still about double what I was expecting. No thanks, that’s ridiculous.

  Please allow me to eat crow, I had a bad experience with McAfee. It wasn't 48 hours and I spoke with the gentleman by the name of Nick. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure that my situation was rectified I have nothing but praise. The two gentlemen that came out were still amazing and adding to the list is Mr Nick. Please give them a chance after dealing with this situation I know that I would. Again I am eating crow because I definitely would use McAfee again.

  Since moving into our new but older beautiful home, Joe and I have been ill. Our allergies turned into sinus infections, which was terrible. We decided to get our air ducts cleaned as a result. McAfee provided a great discount because they appreciate Veterans. The before pictures are disgusting, but I'm sharing this to help others. We were breathing in dirt and debris that wasn't ours. Our brand new furnace was full of dry wall dust from the renovation. I recommend calling McAfee heating and air to schedule an appointment. The team, including Mike, Carter, and Camron, were professional and showed me pictures as they worked. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing.

  True to their word!! I needed the vents cleaned and spoke with McAfee over the phone. I wish I knew who I spke with as she was polite and helpful. I was given what seemed to be a fir quote based on what I was asking. They offered me a window and service and I did approve. Mike, Cameron and Crater arrived and took excellant care to be sure they were not tracking in snow nor mud as the tempetures drasticlly changed and everythin outside was nasty. The level of service seemed to be very profesional. They took thier time and the job was done beyond my expectation. When it came time for billing they came in under the estimate, as I had the number of vents wrong. But instead of billing me what was quoted, I was given the better rate!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE, from the office to the staff at my home. Thank you McAfee. I will be happy to recommend when I can.
