  We had small water spots on ceiling. Called several highly rated roofing companies. One said it only happened because of cold and do nothing. Other said $1200 to fix. ARC said it was minor condensation in attic and performed some adjustments to address. They spent time and effort on our behalf and didn’t charge us anything! So refreshing (and unexpected) to encounter a company like this!

  Nick was incredible to work with. He is one of the most pleasant and honest person that I have ever met. ARC is lucky to have him representing the company. Beyond that, the work done was top notch. Going in, I knew that there were going to be additional things that needed repaired beyond just replacing the roof. Nick was upfront about what was included in the estimate and what additional costs there may be. Ultimately, the roof came out great at a cost that was very reasonable. I’ll be having ARC back in the spring for siding and gutters.

  Fantastic experience. From day, one of contacting them to the last day of the job being completed. The representative Keegan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to arrange the work that I specifically want it done. The crew he used to actually do the job started early in the day and worked hard throughout the day, not stopping until it was completed. The crew was proficient and also took the time in the end to make sure that everything Was cleaned up and backed the way that it was when they got there regardless of the time of day. I would recommend this company to anybody that needed to have a roofing job completed to include skylights
