We put in a pool in our backyard and were concerned about the runoff from the concrete towards the house especially with a significant swale in our backyard. Our house already sits on the top of a hill but the way the backyard is sloped we have serious areas where rain collects (or snow when it melts) - the kids love the “lake effect” that generates in the backyard - but Dad doesn’t love the mud piles and mess it leaves. Jim from Your Waterproofer was incredibly knowledgeable and very timely in his responses - he and the team had a great remediation plan to ensure everything was draining as it should and to make sure no water was building up against our house (to protect the basement from any future problems). Not only fixing the problem at-hand but preventing issues down the road!! For where we live here in Northeast Ohio with all of the seasons that can wreak havoc on your home and yard at times, you have to have trusted folks that actually put customer service first and get it right - that’s the team at Your Waterproofer!
