  Installed flooring in the Tipp City VFW and couldn't be more pleased. From Nancy arranging the initial meeting and ordering supplies to the very smooth installation this was a top-notch job.

  Excellent customer service from start to finish! Noel was very helpful with the estimate, Nancy was great with helping me pick out the carpet and putting the order in, and the installers were extremely efficient! Definitely recommend

  Noel was outstanding from beginning to end and the floor looks great! Were those the only components of the review, it would, without hesitation, be 5 star. Unfortunately, the cleanup from the installation team deserves 1 star. After installing our floor, they didn't even wipe it down before leaving. It was covered with sawdust and boot prints. My wife and I spent over an hour cleaning the newly installed floor. Sawdust was left all over the home. Nothing was wiped down after installation. The saw was set up on our back porch. Every time that the door was opened to our sunroom, a cloud of sawdust came in. All of the furniture that was stored in there during the installation process was coated in sawdust. The window sills and floor were also covered. The installers tracked mud into the sunroom, destroyed 2 area rugs, and simply left the mess behind. I spent several hours cleaning all of the sawdust out of the home. A and B did send someone back to clean a chair that was nearly destroyed and to wipe down some of the sills. The back patio and outdoor sills were not cleaned up at all. The area where the saw was being used was left an absolute mess. Upon my request, they sent someone back to clean up some of the mess but it still took me another 2 hours of work to get it back to correct. It is unbelievable that the employees of this company would leave our house in such a state. Noel, again deserving of a 5 star rating, compensated me for the rugs and also gave me a $100 gift card in order to compensate me for all of the cleaning that my wife and I had to do. Again, I cannot imagine why the installers thought it would be fine to leave our home such a mess. That said, they did and, therefore, I cannot in good conscience give this job more than a 2 star review.

  I want to acknowledge Noel and Nancy for such great customer service they showed me during a very difficult time when my basement flooded. I needed some flooring and their kind any loving sprit was amazing. Because of them a difficult time turn into a great experience. They wasn’t just trying to sell me flooring but they help me do what was best for me. I believe they were GOD Sent.Thank you Nancy and Noel!
