I highly recommend Everdry for their outstanding service and attention to detail. They completely fixed our flooding problem, something we had been struggling with for a long time, and even repaired issues with our gutters that we didn’t realize existed. Since their work, our house is no longer damp or overly moist, which has made a huge difference in our comfort. I also appreciate their yearly check-ins, which show their commitment to making sure everything continues to function properly. Their thoroughness and reliability truly set them apart.

I would give negative if I could. High pressured my mother and then after my mom invoked her 3 days right to cancel they have harassed her. Claiming they will garnish her wages after she faxed a copy of the cancellation and signed it again with Greg at her home to cancel. He "conveniently" forgot the paperwork at my mom's home. He has been harassing them all week. As someone who is in sales high pressure is disgusting and I make plenty of money not pressuring a single person. Do not give these crooks your money.

Joey Cohen came to my community to inspect several basements that are having moisture issues. He was friendly and on time. But what's even better is that when he handed me his visit summary it has every issue, potential cause, and photos even with tools next to some of them for reference to size. Explanations were thourough but also digestible for people who are not basement professionals. As a woman its important to me to have vendors that come in and treat me as if i know what im talking about and dont make me feel like they think i wont "get it". And at no point did Joey make me even worry about that. We have not gotten work done yet but based on the initial visit it would make sense for anyone with basement issues to check them out as a vendor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The crew leader took me around the job on 12/17, to explain what was done. In passing, I mentioned their brochure, which states they will dig to the footer if necessary to seal any cracks. He said they only dig 18” to 24”, and if they dug to the footers to fill the cracks they’d be “chasing cracks all day”. The service they sold (and what I paid for) was not done. I mentioned this to Dakota in their office during a wrap up call on 12/17. He stuttered and said Noah was incorrect. Noah said it wasn’t done and he was here doing the work. No one has made any attempt to correct this wrong. When you pay thousands upon thousands of dollars for a service, it should be performed.
Now for the property damage. On 12/16, when returning from their lunch break, the work truck backed into my house and caused structural damage to the wall. I called their office as soon as it happened and sent photos to Ashley in CS. She replied saying it would be forwarded to the Production Manager.
No one from management came out. On 12/17, Everdry sent a garage door repairman. The damage was to the wall, not the garage door. The man said he would call Joey to advise a builder was needed to make the repairs.
Dakota said he would send someone out to look the wall on 12/22/25. NO ONE SHOWED. On that day I called their office to inquire. Dakota said it wasn’t on their schedule. He rescheduled for 12/29. A man arrived on 12/29 with a hammer and a 4”x 4”, thinking he could pound the wall back into place. He determined he could not. Keep in mind, the entire wall from floor to ceiling is knocked out of place.
I asked for their insurance contact to file a claim. Stunningly, no one in their office had their insurer’s information.
I posted a negative review on Google and lo and behold, Everdry reaches out.
On 1/14/26, Joey and Jeff the GM came to my house to look at the wall. Jeff said they wanted to pay for the repairs without getting their insurance involved. Jeff instructed Joey to take notes about what he wanted fixed on the outside. Which included the pit. The work was scheduled for 2/20.
Jeff asked me to get three quotes to repair the wall so they knew they “weren’t being taken advantage of”. Because, heaven forbid, they be taken advantage of. Jeff did not go inside to the basement to inspect the job the workers did.
That afternoon, Joey sent an email asking me to remove the negative review since we had reached an agreement. I removed it. Big mistake on my part.
As Jeff requested, on 2/17/26, I emailed the three quotes and advised I would be using the mid-range quote by Task Master. In the email, I asked how I could get a check for this contractor. NO RESPONSE.
On 2/20, a man came to do the work Jeff had instructed be done. He could not do it due to the location of the drain pipes laid previously. He said he would write up a report to recommend the water be diverted from the pit to the line out to the street. He left two window wells in my backyard so they would be here when they returned. They never did.
On 2/23, Jeff called me and said he noticed Joey wasn’t responding to my emails. Jeff said that if I would pay the contractor and email him the invoice, he would “rush” me a check. Invoice was emailed to Jeff on 2/25, again on 2/27. NO RESPONSE.
On 3/2, I called their office asking to speak to the salesperson who sold me this bill of goods. They would not let me speak to him. Said I had to speak to the Jeff, the GM. I left a message. NO RETURN CALL.
On March 14, I again sent the invoice to Jeff, including every email address I have for the Hilliard, OH office.
They replied with a legal document they require me to sign in order to be reimbursed for the property damage. This document is a convoluted mess of legal babble and makes no sense. The wording is irrelevant to the situation. Wording Basically states I am signing away rights to further litigation. Since they did such a terrible job on the waterproofing, I am not signing my rights away.

When we purchased this house, one of the selling points the seller repeated over and over was her Everdry basement. I had seen the commercials and heard of Everdry, but had no idea what was all involved with the waterproofing system. She wanted us to know the warranty was transferable, but more importantly how their basement would always flood, along with all the houses on this side of the street as we are at the bottom of a hill. After one of the first heavy rain storms, I checked the mail and looked down the street and saw rescue rooter and Mr rooter trucks in 2 diff houses on my side of the street for people who had water in their basement. Other neighbors told me about the flooding and how basement flooding is a huge problem on this street. Not here. We’ve had so many heavy rain events, with flooding in parts of the yard and not a single issue in the 2 years we’ve been here. The humidifier is so quiet and blends right into the wall. Renewing the warranty is very easy, they come and check the system annually, and they are always prompt, friendly, and professional. With so many other issues that come with an older home, it’s great having the piece of mind knowing that no matter how much rain (or melting snow as in the case of this winter) basement flooding is not going to be an issue. Now I know why the prior owner was so proud of their decision to get Everdry!
