Update on my review of Cabinets To Go (original review below): Well it is no surprise... My mom and myself both emailed Molly like we were asked to do in their follow-up comment and NO RESPONSE to either of us! Do not purchase from this company! They will not back their work and correct any issues! It seems like it would be an easy fix. We would love nothing more than to have the problem corrected. Shame on you for taking advantage of such a sweet lady! Original review: My 87 year old mother just had her kitchen cabinets replaced by Cabinets To Go, Hilliard, Oh. If I could have them arrested for elder abuse...I WOULD!!!! They charged her an additional $300 to replace a cabinet that was not measured correctly by the designer. PLUS, in the design pictures she signed off on, shows that her microwave should be flush with the bottom of the cabinets. It is not! She cannot even wipe out her microwave without getting on a step stool. They just told her that she signed off on the design and they are not going to fix anything. She did not get what she signed off to receive! Do not work with this company! You be the judge. Pictures of what she was promised vs what she received are attached. Clearly shows the microwave is too high.
