  Finding a small leak on a porch ceiling can be difficult. We had four roofing companies and a gutter company to assess the problem and ways to fix it. Many options were given and well as cost. Yes, cost is a factor but the bigger picture is what is going to be done to fix the problem. I felt Bone Dry Roofing proposal as to what they would do, as well as being reasonable in cost, I signed the contract. Carlos came to work on the roof. I could tell he paid attention to details and did a great job. However, the rain that night showed the leak to still be there. Bone Dry Roofing returned the next day. The leak was assessed again with a plan put in place. Carlos returned on the second day to do further work on the roof. Based on what he did, I was confident that the problem leak was now fixed. However, when Carlos finished, he did a water test. Sadly, it was still leaking. But, it was then that Carlos could actually see the leak. Jim, the Project Manager, said it would have to be an additional cost to do further work. I ageed to proceed. To my surprise, Jim called me later that day. He said the owner said it was important to them as a company that the leak was fixed and would do the additional work at no additional cost to me. The only thing I owed would be $18.00 for two new pieces of siding. Now, that is a company that stands behind their work. I couldn't have gone with a better company. Bone Dry Roofing is a company you can trust to do a great job at a reasonable cost. But, most importantly, Bone Dry Roofing stands behind their work which is something we are seeing less of these days. You can trust Bone Dry Roofing.

  Been having a leak around a center chimney for several years. I've had the flashing repaired and/or replaced 4 or 5 times. Last winter melting ice caused a water leak which totally ruined 10 feet of plaster wall on the 2nd floor. I thought I'd just call a roofer, and have it fixed again, but that proved to be very difficult. Ever since Covid happened, I've found that any kind of contractor is nearly impossible to hire to do a project. After some initial difficulties with the Bone Dry main number (kept routing me to somewhere in KY), I finally was able to speak to Jason, and he has continued to update me as to scheduling repairs. Today he sent out Carlos to do the work., and I was impressed with the quality of his work. The job was done very neatly, he cleaned up afterward, and he kept me updated on the progress of his work. I feel Carlos represents the Bone Dry Company in a very positive way.

  Wow what a great experience. Bone Dry completed a total replacement of roof in one day. Supervisor and Team extremely diligent and did the job right. Received frequent updates on roof status and supervisor, manager and sales team were present for questions and any support that was needed. Can't go wrong with this company. Salesman was extremely helpful during the sales call initially and answered all questions. Price was competitive with other companies but Bone Dry did a super job at explaining the process. Hats off to Bone Dry.

  We had an Asphalt roof replaced on a large gazebo including replacement of decking underneath. Price was very fair and workmanship was very good. What I really appreciated was the communication. They kept me informed regarding the appointment date via phone and email. They texted a picture of the worker/installer who would be showing up at our home. They let us know when they were 30 minutes away. They even texted updates with pictures throughout the project which makes it nice if you can’t be there in person. Payment was easily made online after project completion. I would absolutely recommend Bone Dry.
