Both technicians, Colvin and Joe were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. They were both very friendly and pleasant.

- GTGregory TuckerMar 23, 20261.0If you need a small repair, like a toilet tank bolt washer replaced. DO NOT call these guys. The repair tech spent no more than 20 minutes replacing the tank bolt washers for a leak on only one of the two. He charges my sister almost $500. For two tank bolt washers and possibly a tank/toilet gasket But I haven’t even been there to check that yet given the timeframe I think that probably never happened even if it did, you can buy a whole new toilet installed for less than $500 so in my sister calls the service manager after me and my brother went over there to see the big job that they did for $500 and so she calls the service manager and he tells her that she’s lucky because toilets go for $1000 installed and that he could’ve done something else that would’ve cost her $700 so she’s lucky that he happened to have those washers in his van. This is the new normal people get used to it no kind of OK ma’am I’ll check into it and see what happened. They just tell her some other unbelievable excuses for why they charged her so much laughable.

He answered all my questions and was very thorough with making sure everything was all set before he left. I ended up paying more than expected but we did need to get a new thermostat since ours was really bad. Kyle made sure that it was installed properly and the furnace working the way it should.
