  Most there equipment don't work Neglected to pay the crew double time for working double time hours per the union contract. Don't drug test the 5 roofers they have because they look away if it benefits the financially struggling company. Didn't provide sufficient safety and often worked outside the safety lines with no harness then complain when you speak up

  I was employed here for around 4 months and as a union company they did NOT abide to the contract stating double pay for work performed before 5am. They made us start at 2am because the foreman was 65 with one good arm didn't want to be in the sun as a roofer..but didn't want to pay what we under contract are obligated to... their roof cutter breaks every other day and gotta keep a bower or water hose or it might catch fire 🔥 the roof gravely di t work right and breaks down after excessive use. They never provided safety equipment such as gloves glasses and often work on perimeters with no harnesses. Can't afford to have direct deposit or sufficient working equipment or safety on the job. Worst company in the union as far as the roof goes ..they take short cuts to save money simply put.they can't even pay the one crew they have what they are legally entitled to..
