While I understand they didn’t replace the opener, they did have to hook it up to the opener and should have been able to see if there was an issue with the opener. They will not even come out to look without me paying the $170 service fee. Terrible customer service and we are 1 mile from their office off of 747. I do not recommend for the price and service.
