Almost to the point where I felt the need to call the cops because I promise he was about to hit someone. Someone should remind their employees that they represent their company and they need to act accordingly

The shower glass install for our 3rd bathroom was scheduled for 12/2 and Casey discovered that the glass had not been cut to the correct dimensions. He was sincerely apologetic even though neither measuring nor cutting the glass was his responsibility. Three weeks later, Casey returned to install the correct shower glass. He was friendly and again apologized for the delay. Most importantly, we appreciated his attention to detail and top-quality installation work. The shower glass looks wonderful!
