  Ok so if we don’t count Saturday and Sunday, I did not call Friday afternoon. I called at 9:45 am(3 times before anyone answered- I just looked at my call log) you told me you would call me back on Monday with a price. But no one ever called on Monday. So I waited until Tuesday to follow up with a call again. Then by late Wednesday I was frustrated with still no quote. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. It was 6 days, but I understand no one does business on the weekends, so we’ll call it 4. (Plus today,Thursday, so 5 days now) I am very aware how long it takes to get a window from Sprouse. You are correct that it takes 8-10 weeks to get the windows in but jeez, it takes so long that we need to be able to get price estimates within 3 days. That should not be an issue. I think it would help you and your company if you requested a price list from Sprouse. And find out how much it cost per inch after 100 United inches. With that basic information you could give price quotes that day just like the other companies that sell Sprouse products around here or other companies in general. Yes everyone takes months to get the windows after ordering but we need to be able to get quotes in a timely manner. Thank you for your response

  I'm installing a freestandung solar psnel array myself. Because I bought all the lumber from them I was able to ask their staff architect a question about how to support the array from wind damage. He answered my question and today I am istalling the support post and will soon finish the project soon.
