- LELarry EvansJun 25, 20251.0Went there to get a hydraulic hose fixes or replaced and they told me they did not repair or make hydraulic hoses there. I have never herd of a equipment rental place that could not make a hydraulic hose. I believe they just didn't want to do it and straight up lied to my face!!!!!!!! The company is work for has an account there and I can guarantee i will never give them any more business!!!!!!
- TRTom RobisonSep 6, 20231.0I rented a a Lift from S. Hamilton Rd. my job was an hour away when I got to the job site the Lift almost caught on fire I called for customer service. It took 4 to 5 hours for somebody to get out to me. They told me that the Lyft had already had prior problems, and that it was no good, so I towed it back. Put one on reserve for the next weekend when I showed up it was the same left, but they said they repaired. They told me that it would be a one day rental or because of the holiday Labor Day weekend. I took this lift out and after about two hours or so running it it started acting up, costing me more time and money they charged me for a two day rental when they agreed on a one day rental due to holiday they blamed me for the extra hours on the machine and no where on my rental agreement does it say 8 hours only for a work day rental this machine cost me more time and money than it was worth I’m not happy at I lost money and time very disappointed in united rental
