  Top shelf across the board. Worked with this company for almost 3+ years, excellent service every time! Highly recommend Superior for any and all your fuel equipment needs.

  Zero star! Please don't use superior they don't know how fix problems. They will make few trips to fix the problem. I had an issue with my cash register screan and ruby people told me I need a new screen which was still covered under warranty. I told them the exact problem and they should have come with a new screen to fix the problem. But they came without the part and try to fix the problem. Brian took all the time to fix and didn't work. Next thing they told me they are going to bring the new screen to install. They made two trips to make money from me, when they could have fix the problem in one trip. They charge me over $700.00 for one hour work. Please don't use them they're cheaters and Brain the technician doesn't know anything about technology. I can write more about these people but I think this good enough for now. Please trust me don't use Suprior.

  I had a very bad experience with Superior Petroleum Equipment LLC. Very Unprofessional, AVOID AT ALL COST. My technical issue was related to Commander on site, 1) I made an appointment a week ago. On day of the appointment I was told that no technician is available and supervisor transferred my appointment to two days later without my consent Finally, the tech arrived, the issue was regarding back office system access, the so called verifone certified technician wasn't sure what he was doing. He did trail and error for approximately 4hrs and wasn't able to resolve the issue. They charged me approximately $400 bucks for just trying to solve the problem. Bottom line is they have incompetent technician who will more likely be interested in dividing work order into several trips in order to steal your hard earn money. I would highly recommend to avoid this company at all cost
