  This company was referred to me by a real estate investor who said, "Use this company, you will not be sorry." Absolutely the truth. They restored the hardwood floors in an 85-year-old rental property to like-new condition. I could not believe how beautiful the restored floors turned out. They are very customer-oriented and easy to talk to. Scheduled and showed up on time. The finishing technician called me to discuss finishing options. He was polite and informative and implemented what we agreed to. Could not be happier. Use this company, "You will not be sorry."

  Traditional Hardwood Floors, LLC is a great business to work with. Gary and his team were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. From our initial estimate appointment to demo, sanding, installation, repair, and problem resolution, everything was handled well. Throughout the installation process we discovered a few areas of bad subfloor while removing areas of old flooring to install new. The installation and demo teams made sure to bring these areas to our attention so we could make decisions about further repairs. The sanding team was also very helpful by pointing out boards that may not sand well so we could address them with the installers before moving on to that step of the process. Throughout everything, Gary worked with us to very clearly communicate and agree on any pricing adjustments related to the extra unforseen repairs before starting the extra work. Gary was also very helpful working with us to understand the differences in floor finish colors and how they might look on the wood once the new finish had set. This extra care and attention to detail greatly helped us and made it easy for us to make the right finish decision. I highly recommend working with Traditional Hardwood Floors, LLC and I will be reaching back out to them for any future hardwood flooring needs.

  They do a great job and they’re fairly priced, I’ve used them on several different jobs and I’ve always been very satisfied. I’ve used other companies as well, paid more and got less.

  They were very easy to work with, and very responsive. If I ever had a question, just a call or email would get it taken care of. There were few spots we weren’t sure would come out, but they did, and my floors look great!
