  Superior has always been a reliable service provider. They respond when needed and work to resolve my issues quickly to reduce my downtime.

  Zero star! Please don't use superior they don't know how fix problems. They will make few trips to fix the problem. I had an issue with my cash register screan and ruby people told me I need a new screen which was still covered under warranty. I told them the exact problem and they should have come with a new screen to fix the problem. But they came without the part and try to fix the problem. Brian took all the time to fix and didn't work. Next thing they told me they are going to bring the new screen to install. They made two trips to make money from me, when they could have fix the problem in one trip. They charge me over $700.00 for one hour work. Please don't use them they're cheaters and Brain the technician doesn't know anything about technology. I can write more about these people but I think this good enough for now. Please trust me don't use Suprior.
