  DO NOT USE THEM: July 2025 everything listed on their website of quality was false. Terrible work, lied to me about it being done correctly the first time, then would not honor a free 2nd visit to correct the initial issue. I was never told how much it would cost [my mistake], then got billed for $530.

  Used Chucks several times in the past for mainline jetting to clear clogs and debris with 0 issues, highly recommended them to anyone I knew. We called them out to clear a cast iron main that was backing up due to Rose bush roots less than 10ft from the house. Employees were unpleasant from jump as the dispatcher had indicated there was an exterior clean out (we had never indicated this). They jetted the line $375 later and it was still backing up, we mistakenly called a 2nd time, had them jet again, another $375 later and it still wasn’t clear. Called an actual plumber who scoped the line (hence how I know the issue and how it was not resolved). Who then cleared the line with a small auger because it was so close to the house. $750 for a job not done, if they want to make it right I am open (but doubtful). My recommendation either have field employees who have an ounce of social skills and professionalism or do the job well, can’t be poor at both.

  Chuck's sent over a truck to clean our septic, but they forgot to train the driver as he backed into our garage not once, not twice - that's right - 3 TIMES! and this was with THE BIG TANKER TRUCK YOU SEE ON THE WEB HOME PAGE. This was back in November 2024. My garage overhang and gutter is smashed, the stucco soffit cracked in multiple places and the new roof I just put on now needs the entire section removed and replaced. The driver couldn't get the truck in gear and my son had to tow the giant tanker truck out and away from the garage - thank God he was there or who knows how many more times he would have hit our house. THEN - Chuck's brought in another driver to drive the truck away - so admittedly the original driver had no business driving that truck!!! In the meantime, I've had the joy of spending countless hours talking to insurance agents, contractors, answering emails etc... and still no repair in sight. I've asked Chucks for some act of benevolence on their part to offset my time, stress and trouble but they have offered zip. Chuck's Septic has no integrity, poorly trained staff and make no effort to right what they did wrong.

  We have used chucks septic service in the past always do a great job, thanks to Lee our driver very professional explained every move in detail would highly recommend thank you Lee

  Ive called 4 times, and spoken to the same lady 4 times. She has taken my information to give to the inspector to call me to schedule an inspection and give us a status report on where to go from this point. Ive never received a call back from any of my 4 phone calls. Ive wasted 30 days now (I did leave significant time due to the holidays) of my time now had I contacted a different company first. Wouldnt waste my time trying them.
