  Top notch service, communication and quality. Get to work directly with Chuck who figures out the problem and takes care of it. Nobody got time for that crap

  Had them come fix an ariator never did they finish the job wouldn't produce a receipt. Didnt put the lids on correctly then had to deal with rude employees as trying to get our service fixed. Called Hansels septic service less then 24 hours they was here everything fixed and ready for less then half i paid them in November for unfinished work.

  So if you need your septic done don't call Chuck septic. Would not give receipt when was done would not give itemized work. And left the lid off the septic so 3 months it was completely filled not only that they emptied only one of the tanks out not both of them. And then when you try and talk to Jeremy who's supposed to be one of the bosses and he sits and lies to you on the phone it's not acceptable had to call another company out today found the problem very fast found the other septic that they never opened up within 10 minutes of being there. Customer service is very rude there no return phone calls. Even after he told me he has pictures of them putting the lid back on the septic I said send them to me never got them now he won't return my calls this is what kind of shady business you're going to get if you hire this company just so you know we hired somebody else

  Never use, buyers beware. Scheduled a cleaning and repair for my three underground gutters to the road. Instead of the agreed work, they came out on their scheduled date, took video footage of the gutters, then handed me a flash drive and charged me $400. Confused, I asked, “Well do you know a company that repairs them?” Their employees laughed and said “Well yeah us.” With both of us confused and me charged $400 for a job that was never completed. I’m a simple man, this is simple work. I had already dug out half the pipes myself and showed them the exact clog points. Anyone could finish this job. Instead they up-sold me “camera footage” after we had already scheduled the actual repair and replacement. If you call for a quote they bounce you through several phone calls. They claim this is “normal protocol.” Then why was I never informed of the $400 camera inspection fee before a quote for the actual work? Why would I call a company to fix a problem I had already identified? They will make you feel like you scheduled a real job, then arrive and only do an upsell that was never discussed. Stay far away. Here are the pretty 400$ green upsell flags they will leave to make you feel special.

  On 3/5/26, Herschel came out to help figure out what's causing the floor drain. He examined the drain with a camera looking for blockage. He did find blockage in the drain from the washer and cleared it up. He explained everything he did and showed me the camera footage of the drains out in the yard, I'm very pleased with him as a tech. He's very professional and courteous. He explained in easy to understand terms and I understood what he was doing to solve the problem. I will ask for Herschel again when I need the company's service.
